Promac Easycoat Universal Undercoat is a solvent based high quality undercoat that may be used over a wide range of primers to improve the adhesion and bonding between the primer and topcoat or between a solvent and water-based topcoat. It improves hiding properties of the paint system, while providing a sand able surface to ensure a quality finish.
